Are the cushion inserts included?

Package contents vary by product. Some listings include both the cushion cover and insert, while others may include one complete plush cushion. Please review the Package Includes section on the product page before ordering.

How do I choose the right cushion size?

Check the dimensions listed under Specifications on each product page. Compare those measurements with your sofa, bed, chair, or intended display area before placing an order.

Are product measurements exact?

Because cushions and plush products have soft, filled structures, measurements may vary slightly after unpacking and reshaping.

Will the product color look exactly the same as the photos?

We make reasonable efforts to display colors accurately. Slight differences may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and normal production variations.

Do cushions arrive compressed?

Some cushions or inserts may be compressed for shipping. Gently reshape the product after unpacking and allow time for the filling to expand.

How should I clean my cushion?

Are the cushions suitable for sleeping?

Most products are intended mainly for decoration, casual support, or light everyday use. They are not designed as specialized sleeping, orthopedic, medical, or therapeutic pillows.

How should I store a cushion when it is not in use?

Keep the cushion in a clean, dry area away from moisture, sharp objects, direct heat, and open flames. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it for extended periods.

What should I do if my cushion arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact service@karibrianna.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Please keep all packaging until we provide further instructions.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
